About Us

PCM started out as a motor repair garage, specialising in Jaguar repairs based in Shelton, Stoke-on-Trent, Phil, the owner, was also a lorry driver. After 10 years as a self employed mechanic, he decided to give up the business and become an LGV driving instructor. Hence the birth of PCM LGV Driver Training. During the past 20 years Phil has managed to retain an excellent reputation, high standards, and moved the company forward to what it is today. Phil has been a DSA registered instructor for many years and has a very high pass rate. For more info visit www.dsa.gov.uk

His wife, Jane, who mainly deals with the office based side, also holds her LGV licence and occasionally instructs.

As a fan of anything with an engine, Phil has passed on his skills to his daughters, Charlotte and Sophie. Charlotte now drives LGV'S for a living while his youngest, Sophie, just has it as an achievement for herself.

PCM now provides training to people of all ages, ranging from 18 to 60 years+
